Cancellation Policy

Weekly Hip Hop Step Aerobics Class All class registrations and payments for the Weekly Hip Hop Step Aerobics Class are non-refundable and non-transferable. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • No refunds will be issued for missed classes, schedule conflicts, late arrivals, or early departures. • No refunds or credits will be provided due to personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel, or work obligations. • No transfers of registration to another participant or class are permitted. Class fees secure your spot and help cover instructor time, facility costs, and class preparation. In the event that a class is canceled by the instructor, a makeup class or class credit may be offered at the instructor’s discretion. By registering and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this non-refundable policy.
