Cancellation Policy
Booking • Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our official booking platform. For larger booking please contact Evitacolon@speak2mysoul.com • Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. • A confirmed booking requires payment or deposit (see below). ⸻ Payment • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. • The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the session. • Payments are accepted via [list payment methods: PayPal, CashApp, credit card, etc.]. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full transfer of deposit to a future session. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of deposit. • Rescheduling is permitted once per booking with proper notice. Late Arrivals • Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. • If you arrive late, the session will continue for the remainder of the time and cannot be extended. • Arrival more than 15 - minutes late may be considered no-show.
